HEALING SCRIPTURES
Jesus
is still healing people
today, and most people
believe He can and He does
and He will. But a vast
amount of people don't
necessarily believe God will
heal them, right now today.
But I have good news for you,
He will and does all the
time, so why are you not
healed?
The
first reason people are not
healed is they don't ask in
faith believing that Jesus
will, and without faith it is
impossible to please God. So
how does fait come? well the
word of God teaches us that
faith comes by hearing and
hearing by the word of God.
I
have prepared a list of
healing scriptures for you to
read to build your faith in
the area of healing, because
one can not have faith where
the will of God is not known
and these scriptures will
assist you in knowing the
will of God about healing.
Mans Leg
Healed
Recently
I damaged the back of my leg
when I lost control of a
large ladder I was moving.
Something popped or ripped
just behind my knee and it
was very painful. I knew I
had somehow severely damaged
something. I was limping and
forced to keep all weight off
of that leg.
The next day Rev. Alexander,
a close personal friend for
over 20 years, called. He
said he was concerned that
possibly I had fallen off a
ladder or injured myself
somehow through the use of a
ladder. He explained there
was "an urgency"
inside of him to call me at
that time. I had never said a
word to him about my injury
prior to this. When Darrell
prayed for me I was instantly
healed of all discomfort and
injury. Glory to God, the
Holy Spirit was faithful to
tell my friend I needed help
and was faithful again to
respond when he prayed for
me.
I know that the primary way
God heals is through the
recovery process spoken of by
Jesus in Mark 16:15-20.
However, there are times when
the Gifts of Healings go into
operation and when that
happens healing is always
instant or near instant. This
was one of those times. We
give glory to God for this
healing and thank Rev.
Darrell for his obedience to
the leading of the Holy
Spirit.
